  1. Edamame.  Kids can ‘popping’ the beans out by chomping down on the shell, and maybe sneak in a few chews on the shell when they’re done.
  2. Orange Juice Smoothie packed in a Thermos and sucked through a wide straw.
  3. Yogurt or pudding sucked through a wide straw.
  4. Ants On A Log.  Crunchy and smooth at the same time!
  5. Popcorn popped on the stove in coconut oil.
  6. Roasted chick peas with your child’s favorite seasoning {Check out the  Healthy Snacks To Go book for this one!)
  7. Cherry Oat Bars.  Chewy and tangy at the same time.
  8. Fruit leathers or other dried fruits that take a while to chew.
  9. Beef or turkey jerky.
  10. Bagels.  The chewier the better!
